Bachelor's degree strongly recommended
Experience includes BC program development, implementation, management, and BCMS auditing (using standards and/or the Business Continuity Maturity Model)
Understanding of the published BC standards
BC Certification by BCI, DRII, or ICOR
Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills (able to effectively correspond to students from a variety of backgrounds)
Completion of the ICOR Train-the-Trainer or the equivalent

CMC Discipline

Minimum 5 years of experience in the discipline of crisis management & communications as an employee or consultant
Bachelor's degree strongly recommended
Experience includes crisis management team leadership, crisis communications, and plan writing of the crisis management and communication plan
Understanding of the published CMC standards or other standards that address crisis management and communications
Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills (able to effectively correspond to students from a variety of backgrounds)
Completion of the ICOR Train-the-Trainer or the equivalent
Successfully completed the course or developed the course
Facility Management / Technology Infrastructure Disciplines
Includes the following instructor led courses:
TIFM 1000
TIFM 2000
TIFM 3000

Minimum 5 years of experience working in a data center or as a data center consultant
Bachelor's degree strongly recommended
Experience and expertise includes one or more of the following:
Designing and building of data centers
Managing data centers
Data center audits (health checks)
Understanding of the published standards related to data centers
Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills (able to effectively correspond to students from a variety of backgrounds)

Supply Chain Risk Management Discipline
Includes the following instructor led courses:
SCRM 2000
Minimum 5 years of direct supply chain experience either as a practitioner or in direct supply chain consulting services
Bachelor's degree required with a recommendation of a Master's degree with a Business or Technical orientation
Well versed on current supply chain risk related topics as published in a variety of business and supply chain industry publications.
Understanding of the published standards related to supply chain risk management
Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills (able to effectively correspond to students from a variety of backgrounds)
Completion of the ICOR Train-the-Trainer or the equivalent
