Pros: Very good course! Most of the course of the course was easy to understand. Our instructor was great!

Cons: I would of like the reading to include more examples on how to start the engagement and closing process of auditing an organization.

Other Thoughts: I would definitely recommend this course to others.

Pros: Having knowledge and understanding of Business Continuity Management certainly played a huge role for me. Receiving the course material a head of time gave me a few weeks to read and review some of the course content. It was clear Linda had extensive knowledge and was able to provide the guidance required for the exam she also allowed every student the opportunity to provide real-life experiences as it related to topics discussed.

Cons: The good thing...we had much course material...the bad thing we had too much course material and at time during the course became confusing. Because we were able to provide our experiences throughout the course, I believe we rushed through the last several sections; not sure if that had any impact on my score...however I pa**ed.

Other Thoughts: There was course material/templates provided that I am looking forward to bringing back to my organization for our self-a**essment. Thank you Lynnda and ICOR.

Pros: Well constructed and executed course. Course presenter (Paul Trebilc*** from JBT Global) had extensive BC experience and was an accredited course presenter and was able to adjust the course flow in accordance to the experience of the attendees.

Cons: Lots of doc**entation reviewed - both before and during the course.

Other Thoughts: Be prepared! Familiarise yourself with the required BCM and Auditing standards(doc**entation). You will need all 4 hours of the exam. BC knowledge is essential, however be prepared to think and respond link an auditor!

Pros: Lynnda led the cla** brilliantly. She customized her delivery of the content to adapt to the needs of the participants. We all thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere of the learning environment and the multiple tools she used to enhance our learning.

Cons: Given the multiple doc**ents given to us, the Course Book, the Work Book, the Guidelines and the Standards doc**ents, sometimes we were confused as to which book we should be following at that moment. References to pages should also include the name of the book to make the reference easier.

Pros: This course is well presented and very practical with materials provided (case studies) to support each of the main items/requirements as enlisted in the ISO 22301 standards. The metrics used are helpful in providing a scoring system and reduces the guess work out of the evaluations. Certainly I can understand why this course is so much better than what the other compet**ors are offering.

Cons: I did not have the pleasure of attending an instructor-led cla** due to location and time schedules and definitely I would not encourage anyone to take the route I did. This course must be attended as instructor-led and there is no easier alternative.

Other Thoughts: Participants on this course need to realise that the training is very intense and that they need to be prepared to spend hours pouring over large amounts of study materials and reading the various standards. A good grasp of BCM would be a great foundation to start with.
